Friday before Memorial Day Weekend to September 15th:  $95.00 per night all-inclusive of taxes and utilities.

April 1 up through Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend:  $85.00 per night all-inclusive of taxes and utilities.

Off Season Rates (Sept. 16th to March 31st):  $60.00 per night all-inclusive of taxes and utilities.

Sandbridge Beachcomber’s Bargain Lot 195 is an interior lot located near the entrance of the Resort, Clubhouse/pool area. This lot offers an 18’x50’ concrete pad, full hookups (water/sewage/electric 20/30/50-amp), picnic table with shade, grassy yard area, and parking for 1-2 vehicles on pad depending on size of RV. Pets are welcomed!

Note:  There are no pull through sites at Surfside of Sandbridge RV Resort.  We limit units on lot 195 to 37 ft. for Motorhomes/ 5th Wheels and 34 ft. for Travel Trailers. If you are over this limit...we will not be responsible for a refund if you are not able to place your unit on lot 195.

WARNING...  You will be charged for any damage done to utility box, water faucet or surrounding lots caused by the placement of your unit onto lot 195. This includes all fines established by ORVB HOA for repair and/or interruption of service inside the resort.   Always use a spotter when backing onto lot.
 
From lot 195, it is a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Sandbridge Beach and Little Island Fishing Pier and Park. This lot is also close to the resort's boat ramp for Back Bay waters (great for Kayaking), children's playground, dog walk/pet waste station, Bath House #1 and laundry room. We are also fortunate to have Baja Restaurant, and Jose Tequilas Mexican Bar and Grill next door to satisfy your hunger. 

Resort amenities: 2 pools, 3 bath houses with large showers that are handicap accessible, 2 laundry facilities, children’s playground, boat ramp, dog walks/pet waste stations, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, saunas, and Gym/Exercise room.
